DDJSX2 not registering with Serato DJ PRO! (MAC 10.12)
Hey everyone,
Ive been having issues connecting my DJ decks Pioneer DDJSX2 to the updated Serato DJ Pro.
I emailed serato for advice, and their advice told me to do the basics, reconnect, disconnect, delete and reinstall app, turn off and on computer, reboot computer, so i did those.
Then they advised me to remove the device from my MIDI board, then unplug my decks and then once i replug them in the device should come up back up on the MIDI board, but it never did. So now, i cant see my decks on my MIDI board and my decks still aren't being registered by serato so i cant play and practice! Furthermore, I've rescanned my MIDI board but they never came up and i tried a new configuration but my decks weren't coming up!
Someone please help me! Ive tried everything, please please help!!!!!!

If you've done the basics and the hardware is not appearing as connected to the computer, then it's likely a hardware issue (if you've tried a different USB cable and different computer to fully troubleshoot), please contact Pioneer DJ technical support in your region to have your SX2 inspected and/or serviced.
