MP3 BPM Variation
Many mp3 files have bpm variation during playback being difficult to mix them.
Is possible to Pioneer create a tool in Rekordbox to avoid the bpm variation during playback?

Yes; use DYNAMIC analysis mode:
This mode is for songs where the BPM isn't consistent, or there was a live drummer. The NORMAL mode is for perfectly consistent songs using an electronic drum track. If you use the wrong mode to analyse a song, it will result in an inconsistent playback and thus difficult sync between tracks.
I always use Dynamic analysis, but it only shows that the bpm is not consistent and be variating.
In other words, the bpm of mp3 file is still variating during playback.
My suggestion is to create a tool to fix/avoid this variation.
The problem is not the analysis method - sometimes songs need manual adjustment as well. Please see this video for some instruction on adjusting your beat grid; it goes into more detail for larger changes (transition tracks), but the theories will apply to adjustments in the grid positions on the track.
I saw the vídeo, but basically it says that I have to adjust the grid and use sync to handle the bpm variation during the mix.
Many DJs do not want to use sync.
In that case, the problem is not with the grid, but your audio file - use a program like Ableton to warp it to a straight tempo.
