Rekordbox 5.4 doesn't export matching tracks to USB

When I export my playlists to USB the 'matching tracks' are incorrect.

The first screenshot (Track A) is correct but when I export this to USB (Track B) it shows 2 random unrelated tracks as matching.

Both my computers collection and USB have a the same tracks. 

I have tried reformatting my USB and syncing it again but I get the same result. 

Does anyone have any insights into this issue?
