DDJ-SR2 Cue Botton Problem

My DDJ-SR2 started giving problems with the Cue Button on the left side. When I press it, it doesn't respond.

Does anyone know how to help me to make a diagnosis

You could try loading a MIDI monitoring application like MIDI Monitor (Mac) or MIDIOX (Win) to see if the button is registering a signal. If not, it's a hardware problem, and I'll direct you to contact an authorized service centre in your region to have your hardware inspected and/or repaired.
