DDJ REV 7 LEFT SIDE PLAY BUTTON NOT FUNCTIONING

I just received my new DDJ Rev7 end of last week, upon trying it, I’ve encountered an issue as follow: “When I load a track on the left deck it starts playing the file/track and then stops same ad when/if I pressed cue and released it”

I'm sorry to hear you're having that issue with your REV7 - please contact an authorized service centre in your region to have your hardware inspected and repaired.
