No sound from speakers or headphones using Rekordbox, DDJFLX4 and VM80 speakers

I am using Rekordbox, DDJ FLX4 and VM-80 speakers. When I try to load a song to track I get a red error message at the bottom that says "Load error. Check your audio settings". When I go to preference, I try to click DDJ-FLX4 and I am unable to click. If I try clicking "driver" button to look for DDJ-FLX4 I see all other controllers and mixer but can not see mine. If I use the controller and Rekordbox using the laptop speakers the mixer word and I am able to load tracks but the headphones don't not work. Please help very new to this, very.
