New Track - Beat Grid - Analyse
Hi
I have a track that i bought from Traxsource. The track is
- Need To Feel Loved (Richie Blacker Intro Remix)
- Reflekt, Richie Blacker, Delline Bass
- BPM = 121.75
- Key = 6A
I can mix this manually no problem and the beat is correct but in Rekordbox, its all over the place. I edited the beat grid to the start of a beat but further down the track its out by a half beat. Adjusting the grid seems to be a equal change across the whole track so what can i do to fix this? I have re-analysed a few times and re-adjusted the beat grid but i end up with the same result.
The image above shows the beat grid aligned but as the track progresses, its out of alignment.

Did you analyse it in DYNAMIC mode? That might explain it. Dynamic mode is for songs with varying tempo (like a live rock or disco song), Normal mode is for songs with consistent tempo.

How do i select the type of analyze? there isnt a choice when i right click / analyze
ok, found the dynamic mode. My Track analysis Mode is set to Normal and auto Analysis is set to Enable
There could be an issue with the audio file itself - please file an inquiry ticket here and ask for it to be assigned to me. Attach the song in question and I'll take a look.
