Pioneer DDJ SX3 problems

I have a big problem with The pioneer sx3 I didnt had that before

well the controller is connected should work right but serato doesnt respone on any button I press, the controller shows that I placed a Cue point and shows that there is a track loaded but on screen isnt any reaction on what I do on the controller, doesnt respone on the play or cue botten, only the Load bottens (of the 4 channels) and the search botten (To select a track) do work and thats the only bottens serato does respone to

I just dont know how I should fix that if some of you have any sollution for my problem please let me know
