pioneer ddj1000 nightmare

i have paid over £1000 for  the worlds best dj console...there is just `1 big problem....IT DOES NT WORK....everytime u get an update 2 weeks later the sound goes all over the place,,,then you have to do this or that to correct it...absolute nightmare pioneer..i should have just thrown £1000+ down the drain..its a complete nightmare..who ever is programming the ddj100 has a big problem..he dont know what he is doin and its gettin on my tits..i feel like throwingvit in the bin
