suspension of the soundtrack

Hello. I have a problem with the new XDJ RX2, it's about the suspension of the soundtrack when it stops the track with the PLAY / PAUSE button. It sounds like a 1/4 loop. I can not set the cue point. Question 2 ... what the error E-8306 means
I will add that I play with USB flash Corsair GTX.

That's because the deck is set to CDJ mode instead of VINYL mode and you are hearing what's referred to as "stutter cue" (a 1-frame loop of audio at the position of the play head); please press the JOG MODE button to switch to vinyl mode for scrub-cueing.
The problem is that vinyl Mode is on, it happened to me at the beginning of running xdj, only after some time everything returned to normal, I'm afraid that this is a problem that comes back reading the opinions of other users about xdj rx2.
