DDj SB3 not connecting to serato dj lite after updating the firmware

I use Serato DJ Lite on Windows 8.0

DDj SB3 not connecting to Serato DJ lite, so I made research and found out there is a new firmware.

I downloaded and install it yesterday and it worked that yesterday.

 

But when I tried using my controller today it was not connecting...

Could it be my version of Windows?

Kindly help.

Please note the lack of Windows 8.0 on the Serato DJ compatibility charts.

I'd suggest you're running at least 8.1 for security and functionality, never mind compatibility with DJ software!
