problema na pré-escuta DDJ-SR2
Boa noite!
Estou com problemas na minha DDJ-SR2, preciso urgente do firmware da fábrica dela, não achei no site da pioneer, vocês podem me enviar o firmware para download? Uso MacOs sistema operacional High Sierra.

If it does the same thing with another set of headphones, it could be there is a fault with the unit - please contact Pioneer DJ technical support in your region to have your hardware inspected and/or serviced.

o problema que venho passado é com a pré-escuta no head-phone, ja verifiquei todos os níveis de saída, mesmo com o ganho do fone quase zerado, o som sai totalmente distorcido, impossível de entender a musica. Cheguei a testar até com outro computador e outro fone de ouvido, porém a falha continua, fica impossível de mixar, testei na conexão P10 e P2.
Será que eu reinstalando o firmware dela resolveria ?
Are you using the DDJ-SR2 with the external power supply or only USB power?
Are you running Serato DJ or another application?
Estou usando na DDJ-SR2 fonte de alimentação externa original de fabrica, com o software serato DJ PRO, utilizo o fone Technics rp dj1200. Funcionava muito bem, porém faz um mês que venho tendo os problemas que relatei anteriormente. O que você me sugere ?
Testei inclusive com outro fone de ouvido e continua do mesmo jeito
