I'm building a new DJ set up for both live and production use.

CDJ-2000NCX2 with a DJM-900NSX2

I would like your thoughts on add an RMX-1000 to the system.

Is the RMX-1000 really needed (duplicate effects) and/or what does this add to the system.

I would like any thoughts and opinions?

I mean honestly, If you have the money, go ahead, Its a nice addition to the NXS2 Setup. I have an RMX-1000 with my 3 Channel NXS2 Setup. The Release Effects one of my favorite part about the unit, quite nice to use for transitions!
