REKORDBOX HOT LOOPS SYNCH ISSUE

Hi there .

Im a new rekordbox user i always used Traktor .

Well , there are things that i dont understand ... i have the grid correct , but many times when i press the hot loops they get out of time in certain tracks . Even with sync and quantize on . The track files are not corrupt whatsoever.

Im i doing something wrong ? Quantize , Hot Cues and loops have value "1" .

Any help here please?
