My tracks do not automatically go to my set memory cue. Help!

I have a Pioneer XDJ-XZ. When I set a memory cue to the middle of a song I see the small red arrow but I have to click the right arrow (underneath call) to get to that spot every time I load the track. How do I get the track to automatically load to the memory cue spot when I pull the track up? I'm guessing I have an option turned off. Thanks :)
