DDJ 400 not Working

I was able to use the controller for 4 days using my Macbook Air. yesterday I was using it normally, i took a break, i update during the break the firmware i thought it will help me for something. after that I connected the controller to lap top and found the DDJ-400 not working. I can see all 10 channel led lights are blinking but all other buttons show no light or activity. how can i fix this can someone help. thanks
