DDJ-400 stopped working within 3 weeks

I bought Pioneer DDJ 400 on Amazon on 13 Jan 2022. to learn DJing, I was able to use the controller for 2 weeks using my HP laptop. I did not use the devise for 5 days due to my travel. yesterday I connected the controller to lap top and found the DDJ-400 not working. I can see all 10 channel led lights are blinking but all other buttons show no light or activity. how can i fix this can someone help. thanks
