Hi there, 

I have a new DJM 900. Its never moved since first setup, as its in my permanent studio. 

1st issue) Level/Depth started fuzzing/cutting in and out. you need to push down on it. Bottom 1/3rd is the worst spot. any level over half is usually "okay"

2nd issue started on Mondays stream. On/Off stopped responding. Im permanently stuff in "off" and can only use the X-Pad for responses. 

No changes to software/hardware/firmware since setup. 
Not plugged in to PC, I play / stream solely from USB

So the first thing is to update the firmware since it may be out of date.  Also what are you streaming through?
