Delete file in iTunes then auto update Rekordbox

Hi,

I am managing (at least for now) my music library/playlists primarily in iTunes. This is primarily because of using the products for years. 

When I permanently delete a file from my iTunes library (inc the master file), is there a way for this to sync nicely in RB or will it always show missing? Then I have to manually delete?
