Unable to connect DDJ 400 with Mac
Hi there,
I purchased a DDJ 400 yesterday and when I tried to connect it to my laptop (MacBook Air, OS X Yosemite 10.10.5) using the USB cable provided in the original packaging, nothing happened.
I had Rekordbox (version 5.6.0) open but it didn't pick up the deck despite the unit being connected to my laptop?
Appreciate if someone could please help!

@Michelle > Unfortunately the DDJ-400 is only compatible with macOS 10.11 or newer. Even rekordbox is only supported on macOS 10.12 and newer - even though it may run, we don't provide support for it on that OS.
