[SOLVED] CDRW with CDJ-1000 and CDJ-2000?
Do the higher end CDJ's (1000mk3 mk2 and CDJ2000 and up) all play CDRW?
I have some and would like to re-burn with newer tracks (I use similar tracks with newer edits, so a few CDRWs could be re-burnt for different gigs)?
I'm not sure how to burn (do I finalise a CDRW but not close session?) for it to play and to be wiped and re-burnt? and also do Pioneer are compatible if I turn up with a handful of TDK CD-RW?

Considering the current cost of a regular CD-R, why not just play it safe and get some of those, and you won't have a thing to worry about.
I believe the CDJs need finalized CDs, but if I remember correctly, you can't finalize a CDRW if you want to re-write it later... However, I do believe that the CDJs will play finalized CDRWs.
If you will be playing on any of the new generation CDJs, (850, 900, 2000), don't even bother with CDs - get rekordbox and a USB stick, and you will be good to go
@Mike > I agree with Nate - go with CD-Rs and not CD-RWs for the cost aspect alone. CD-RWs, in my experience, are prone to a higher failure rate than CD-Rs.
