DDJ-400
There is a buzzing noise coming out of the master L/R connection to speakers. I have tried on different speakers and still the buzzing happens.

Have you tried different cables? Do you hear the buzzing in your headphones?
It's likely coming from your computer causing interference that is being amplified by the audio circuitry in the DDJ. Try unplugging the power cable from your laptop and see if that makes it better.
