Pad illumination DDJ 400
Hello! Less month ago I bought ddj-400, after time I paid attention one pad illumination doesn't work. It doesn't matter what mode play or standby. Pad functions work fine. How does it fix?

If it's only one pad it could be a fault with the LED. It looks like that photo was taken during the boot-up sequence, which is a good indicator as to whether it's a faulty LED or a problem with output lighting (which it's not).
If you're within the return period of your retailer, I'd take it back for an exchange, otherwise please contact a Pioneer DJ authorized service centre in your region to have your hardware inspected and repaired.
