DDJ ERGO-K... starts as usual, then only on light stays on...
Hi guys, iam wondering if anyone has an idea about my problem.
I start the DDJ ERGO as usual. All lights blinking once till only on light at the left IN button under the MOVE GRID stays on.
The controller is listed in my macbook settings, but is not working in rekordbox or any dj software. Seems the controller ist working but not connecting right. Is this a hardware problem or software problem?

Hi Mikail,
That indicates a problem with the firmware; please try updating it (download and instructions are on this page), but if that fails, it may require servicing.

It was the update and also becauce i had no Abo...
I have a DJ license, but i realized its not enough anymore:(
