what input sensitivity option should I use?

My studio monitors have an input sensitivity setting with -10dBV and +4dBu options, on the ddj-400 I used the -10dBV setting as it has consumer level output, but I don't know where the 1000 stands in regards to that. What option should I use with it? Thanks

-10dB would be my recommendation.
