It's possible to set HOT CUES on 1/2 beats or 1/4 beats etc when QUANTIZE_BEAT_VALUE is set to 1/2, 1/4 etc.

BUT as of today it's not possible to do the same with a regular (snap) CUE. It will always jump to the closest full beat, no matter what QUANTIZE_BEAT_VALUE is set to (or we need to disable quantize altogether 🤷🏻‍♂️)

I feel like the CUE button should use the same quantize parameters  as the HOT CUE ones here

[Basically this would be the same as the "SNAP" parameter in controller mode]
