Dropbox not reflecting unlimited

My DB not letting me upload to the cloud. Says not enough room. I think I need the email sent to me again to join the professional community to finish the link from RB to DB? I've tried all else....very frustrating!

For context, I accidentally disconnected DB at first because I attempted to link the newly created DB ( i chose to keep my other files in DB separate)
