CDJ-3000 Track preview function not working on one deck

I have 3 CDJ-3000's connected to the 900NXS2.  The preview function is working on two decks but not one of them.   Does anyone have any idea if this could be a software issue or is it a hardware issue?

Open to any and all suggestions.  I have the latest firmware on all devices.
