DDJ SR2 controller keeps freezing

I have 2 controllers both DDJ SR2, bought on 2020, one runs on a Mac High Sierra, and the other on El Capitan. They run fine until out of the blue they stop playing, the play button is on but they just stop both channels, what do i do???
