Rekordbox won't recognize Maschine Mikro mk2
just got a new laptop and tried to get my set up running and for some weird reason Rekordbox won't recognize my Maschine Mikro Mk2 but Rekordbox on my desktop sees it just fine ive installed all the drivers but Rekordbox on this particular pc won't talk to it

What other Pioneer DJ product(s) are you using with rekordbox?
Which version of rekordbox are you using? If rekordbox 6, do you have a subscription?
