ddj-400 or recordbox issue

I'm having an issue where after about 35-45 min of playing my recordbox and the controller will freeze for about 5 seconds. after the 5 seconds everything will start playing like normal except my controller will no longer have the ability to just listen to the que and im forced to only listen to the master with a faint sound of the que in the background making it nearly impossible to mix. i have reinstalled recordbox and tried many more things but nothing has worked plz help.
