PIONEER DJM-S9 & Abelton 10

Was wondering if someone can helpe me link Abelton 10 & The Pionneer DJM-S9. I wanted to record the left channel on its on and the right channel on its own when mixing.

I have the following setting: 

Audio Input Device: DJM-S9 Audio 6(8in, 8out)

Audio Output Device: Komplete Audio6 (6in, 6 out) 

All the Stereo Channel Configuration is High lighted from Stereo...

When Im playin both decks are playing on 5/6. I can't seem to get them to record on seperate channels on Abelton. Can someone help
