Can't see waveform or artwork on my NEXUS 2000's

Hi guys,

 

I reformatted my USB in FAT32 format. Then re-synced my USB to rekord box and now I have no waveform or artwork, when playing on my NEXUS 2000's.

 

Any idea what is going on here?
