No headphone/ cue audio on the DDJ-1000

For some reason and I really can't understand why. There is no audio coming through my headphones when using my DDJ-1000. It has worked perfectly before but for some reason right now it just won't work for me. I would really appreciate if anyone has had a similar problem or any idea on how they can help me.
