DDJ 1000 not functioning with rekordbox

Hi, I have recently bought the Pioneer DDJ 1000 but having issues with it and rekordbox dj. Driver is download and it has sound coming out from the unit as audio. I have to drag music onto deck A or B by mouse. Firmware seems to be updated as 1.04 but nothing is responding like jog wheels. I have tried deleting and installing driver and firmware but it’s still the same. There is sound so can’t be the driver. Seems to be like a mapping issue ? I know it’s maybe a setting?
