PROBLEMAS NO PITCH E MASTER LEVEL DDJ - RB
estou com seguinte problema na minha controladora rb , o pitch tempo do lado esquerdo não funciona , e o master level aumenta e diminui o pitch o que será?

E ESTOU USANDO WINDOWS 10 , e rekorbox ultima versão , tudo atualizado até o da controladora .

botão tempo do lado esquerdo, não é novo, e função passo esta atuando semente mestre, troquei de pc a mesma coisa.

não achei a solução .só se trocar o componente que me parece que é a placa toda .

Alguem conseguiu resolver? Afinal, era problema de software ou hardware?
Estava normal, depois que eu atualizei a minha para a nova versão ficou assim alguem sabe resolver?, queria fazer downgrade para a versão 1.0 novamente
