DDJ SB2 Will not connect to Serato DJ 1.9- "Licensed"

Greetings,

 I would like some Assistance with connecting my Controller to Serato DJ.
I have completed all that I could from the Forums that I seen online, and nothing seems to be working for me-

Well it works perfectly with Serato Intro.

I have tried everything so far that i could find (I repeat).

I have this Controller Two weeks now..

I am using a Windows PC.

would love some help.
