Problem installing V4.5.0

Hi guys,

I just went to do the update (currently on 4.3.1) and after waiting forever for it to download I then went through the install process which looked fine. However, when I reopened the program, it was still showing 4.3.1 and asking if I wanted to update to 4.5.0

I rebooted the machine and I was still on 4.3.1

If I just download the latest version and install it, rather than update, will I lose all my playlists?

As @Damian says, you may still have two versions installed (which is fine). You can leave it or remove the old version.

It may be that you need to open the program from the correct version. Instead of using the link on your apps bar, go into Finder/Applications/Rekordbox4.5.0/ and then run the application from there. This should solve the issue for you.
