Hi, I have a problem with sound.

I bought a RB pioneer recently and installed everything as directed. but when I connected the consoles to the laptop, the music came out of it through consoles ... I could move all the knobs and work. the problem is that the channel does not work ..channels do not burn any "light" and hence do not work "fader etc" please help
