DDJ SB2 Not connecting with serato using windows please help me with this.

i have purchased ddj sb2 it is working very well with rekordbox but i am not able to connect it with serato. when ever i connect sb2 with serato it shows ddjsb2 is connecting it can take more than one minute than it does not connect with serato. i have waited for over 25-20 minutes but still 2 decks did not show up. i tried with another usb slots as well and shut down my laptop and restarted it again and tried every thing but it didnt helped me . plz fine some solution.
