I have just recently purchased the rekordbox license key and it is NOT LETTING ME ACTIVATE!! I NEED THE PROGRAM URGENTLY! PLEASE HELP ASSIST ME!! ASAP PLEASE!

If you find solutions ease co.e back and post. I.too am getting the same error. I filed a support ticket 2 days ago and have not heard anything. It has already messed up 1 of my gigs. Great work.pioneer you can take a couple grand but can't help DJs out with your gear

Hey david! I plugged in my unit and clicked activate at the same time and the rekordbox software signed me into my account! After this i was able to enter the serial code and its been smooth sailing from there!! Try plugging in your device and doing exactly that!

OK I'll try this. I have the xdj Rx. I haven't tried connecting it to my computer yet while trying to upgrade the rekordbox DJ software. Thanks

An error code 4 means rekordbox couldn't communicate with the server - check your internet connection, and try disabling your firewall to allow the traffic through.

was there ever a solution for this Error 4 problem I also have as I am waiting for support to reply and I am not sure how long that will be to I get an initial response

Mike, I see the ticket was assigned to the correct region, but I've reassigned it over to our customer resource manager to get the license info handled properly. Thanks for your patience.

My internet is fine and my Firewall is disabled and it still says error code 4 whenever I try to activate my current plan. Not sure what to do.
