DDJ-RX Power Adapter
I purchased a DDJ-RX in August, and since arrival, I have had issues with the power adapter. It seems "touchy"... as in the adapter has to sit very specifically in an outlet otherwise the hardware loses power.
From August I've been using an extension cord specifically to avoid issues, but it still on occasion cuts power and causes massive failure due to controller losing power.
Could you advise me how to go about getting this replaced/repaired?
