CDJ 2000 NXS loads certain CDs
Hi. I have a couple of CDJ 2000 NXS which work with the exception that one will not load a CD and the other will only load certain CDs. Is there a Lense cleaner / test disk that you can purchase please?

DO NOT clean the lenses yourself, please contact Pioneer DJ technical support in your region to have the CDJ serviced.
Noted, however, why in that case can you purchase the correct cleaner fluid / cloth then?
