Hot-cues and Memory-cues - backwards compatible
I have a quick question for an upcomming gig where they use a CDJ2000Nexus set-up.
Until now I have used my own XDJ-XZ and ocasionally the CDJ2000Nexus2. I usually create like 6 HOT-cue's in different colors and at every HOT-cue I also set a MEMORY-cue in different colors.
If I open my tracks on a CDJ2000Nexus, which of my six HOT-cues's show up? Only A, B & C?
And, which of the 6 MEMORY-cue's show up on the CDJ2000Nexus? Are they all six going to show up?
Do they have the same colors as in Rekordbox our does the CDJ2000Nexus show them in one color?

Only hotcues A, B and C will show up on the CDJ2000nexus. All memory cues will show up, but they will all be red. Unlike the XDJ-XZ, the upcoming memory cue is white on older CDJs.

Do you also know hom many memory-cues can be displayed. Is it a total of 10 per track?
Yes, all CDJs and XDJs support up to 10 memory cues per track.
