hi recently purchased a ddj sb and when plugged into the laptop it doesnt power on or fetch up any messages on the screen to install it or recognise it connected to usb.
serato dj intro doesnt recognise.
please help

First step is to try using a different USB port on your computer. Also, try a different USB cable.
