Problem with DDJ-SX2 jogwheel sensitivity setting

I just got DDJ-SX2 and I'm trying to adjust the sensitivity of the jogwheels (holding shift and pressing deck 1/3 or 2/4 and I get the adjustment indicator) but the sensitivity is exactly the same regardless of what setting it's at. This is really annoying... Do I have to send the unit for repair or what?

I'm experiencing the exact same thing with the SX2 that I purchased a few weeks ago. I read somewhere that it is firmware related. My question is - are they working on a fix?
