Rekordbox.xml USB Sync

Hello guys,

I have imported via rekordbox.xml my serato playlist. Because I use both programs for me it´s not possible to create playlists in rekordbox.

Is it possible to sync the rekordbox.xml to a usb device? Actually I could only copy the playlist parts from rekordbox.xml to the stick.

And is it possible that the rekordbox.xml layout looks like the layout from the playlist. At the moment the preview and other columns are not shown and its not possible to display them.
