Can Djm 750 mk2 be used in External mode via Traktor??)4 decks,x1 deck controll) I know it is recordbox certified but im not using timecode.

Yes, if you're not using timecode you can use any soundcard with Traktor.
I am interested in this mixer bit not interested in rekordbox does the djm 750 mk2 work with serato dj without an external dvs box
No, you would need to buy the Serato DJ Club Kit and one of the mixers listed there.
