I am playing in the pioneer DJ RR with a rekordbox, but after 15 or 20 minutes the music stop suddenly and the play's knob doesn't respond. 

Note:

The others commands are OK (for example I can load a new music but I can not play ).

I am using a HP 8 G - 1 T - processor AMD FX 7th generation - 2.70 Ghz -64 bit - Windowns 10.

 

Can you help please ?

Your computer do not meet the required specifications for Rekordbox DJ. Have a look here; https://rekordbox.com/en/support/system.php

AMD platform is not supported at all.
