Application not responding

Everytime i start rekordbox the application open and then crashes as soon as i try to change any setting, i've got other dj software which works fine.

I have tried to delete the ebb file multiple times and uninstalled and reinstalled and i'm still getting the same issue everytime. i am trying to use this with the DDJ-RR which is working on other software

Any help would be great.
